Delivery and Shipping: As our products are all custom-made and produced only once the customers placed an order, our estimated delivery time period is 10-15 business days, though often times arrive to our valued customers earlier than anticipated delivery time.

Washing instructions: It is recommended to wash your shoes by hand and clean them regularly. If there is much dirt, squeeze some toothpaste on them and then clean them with a toothbrush. Do not use a brush to brush violently. Wrap your shoes in paper towels after washing to make them cleaner and protect them.
